Main Sanctuary
The Northlake sanctuary accommodates from 20 to 225 guests. The building is beautiful in its own right and doesn't require extensive decorating for a festive event, but you are certainly welcome to add decorations, being careful not to damage the walls. This venue can seat up to 225 for the ceremony and as many as 180 guests at round and rectangular tables (which we provide) for the reception. The beautiful floor is a tremendous asset for dancing if you choose to include music and dancing at the reception.
You are welcome to use our sound system and our tables and chairs, plus we complete the cleanup after the event. You are responsible for removing personal items. We have 150 plush chairs and 85 metal, folding chairs that you can use. You may be able to arrange for more plush chairs if necessary.
The sanctuary furniture can be arranged in a number of different configurations, and it can be comfortable for parties of fifty to two hundred. The photos show a number of different configurations and decorating ideas.
The vestibule of the sanctuary is large and can accommodate caterers, serving tables, and display for gifts if your party is large, leaving more room in the main sanctuary for tables. Several tables are available for use in the vestibule, and there is a small kitchenette. There is a larger kitchen and more room downstairs from the sanctuary.
Different decoration makes an entirely different look for the wedding. We can rent accessories such as the lighted drape and the ribbons on each row in the photos below.
The sanctuary at Northlake is available to private individuals and non–profit organizations for a variety of purposes: weddings and receptions; banquets; meetings; performances; musical recitals; and formal and informal gatherings. Seating is flexible and can be arranged in a variety of ways. In addition, tables and chairs are available for dining. There is a stage and a sound system in place. When the room is set up theater–style, it accommodates up to 225 people. If set up for dining, it can accommodate 180 people comfortably, and up to 200 with adaptation. There is a kitchenette upstairs, a large kitchen downstairs, and several classrooms which can be used for anything from meetings and conferences to private music instruction. |

Equipped with a full kitchen, Northlake Church easily transforms into an attractive reception area suitable for dancing. Featuring a vaulted ceiling, this beautiful site requires little decoration. Northlake can provide decorations for wedding services and receptions.
Ministerial and music services are available from the Northlake staff, but outside officiants or musicians are welcome.

Availability and terms
We recommend that you reserve space as soon as possible, but we can often accommodate your special event on short notice.
Special services
Northlake Church offers a beautiful grand piano as well as a large staging area plus loft for photographers. We also have large and small classrooms available.
