Rental Policies and Contract
We recommend that you reserve space as soon as possible, but we can often accommodate your special event on short notice.
A deposit is required at the time of reservation, and is refundable up till 30 days prior to the event, should the event be cancelled. Full payment + damage deposit is required at least 30 days prior to the event. (Usually, the reservation deposit converts to the damage deposit at this time.)
Below, is a calendar which includes room usage for the Sanctuary "(S)" and Adams Hall "(AH)" to assist you in your planning. In some cases, usage can overlap, in others they can't. Please contact the Rental Coordinator for more info.
